Bridges announces two promotions to recognize expanded leadership responsibility within the organization. These moves follow Bridges recent organizational announcement that Diana Gresham moved into the Chief Operating Officer position. The promotions and recent restructuring better position the company to focus on growth and best in class client service and solutions in the rapidly changing cyber security marketplace while also aligning with three strategic plan goals:

Larry Denton is the Vice President of Business Development. Larry has led several large organizations in industry and the U. S. Government. Most recently, he had responsibility for Bridges’ business development and expanded pipeline execution. Larry came to Bridges from Leidos where he was the Vice President Business Development for Cyber and SIGINT solutions. His prior experience also includes leadership roles as Domestic and International Capture Manager for Lockheed Martin’s Ship Systems, Deputy Program Executive Officer at the National Security Agency (NSA), Assistant Director of Legislative Affairs at the Department of Homeland Security (for Intel), and Chief Clerk on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. Larry graduated from the U. S. Naval Academy then served as a Surface Warfare Officer in multiple Middle East deployments.

Kimberly Beam is the Vice President of Cyber Solutions. Kim is a senior operations and policy expert experienced in national intelligence and cyber activities in commercial and government space. Her strategic insights and keen operational focus helped shaped national cyber defense policy and evolved organizations at the National Security Agency and USCYBERCOMMAND into nationally recognized cyber defense teams. As the Chief of Remote and Deployed Operations, and later, Counter Cyber Operations, her global workforce, executed threat hunting, vulnerability assessments, authorized hacking, incident response, and boundary defense operations. In her previous position as the VP of Cyber Operations at Invictus International Consulting, Kim developed DIA’s Information Assurance Vision, Strategy, and Implementation plan in compliance with ODNI’s enterprise security efforts. The Cybersecurity Association of Maryland, Inc. recently recognized Kim as one of Maryland’s Cyber Warrior Women.
